Hey all,
There are a few listeners that receive the ‘Shoutcast Grabber Error’ or ‘No Stream Link’ error etc on our Java Player… This is a common issue for those networks around the world that happen to lock the streaming function or port of your handset. We’ve noticed it on Cingular, TMobile, Rogers and a few other handsets could have this common issue.

No problems! We have a quick fix that re-routes the stream from our own servers and allows you to listen seamlessly.

Here is the fix (ps, it is already in our FAQ section in case you need to refer)
1 Launch the La Vella Mobile Radio player
2 Go to Help >> Troubleshooting
3 Scroll down to Phone Mode
4 Select Locked and press the SET button

That’s it! You will be able to stream with no problems now.

*be sure to hit that set button, or when you select Locked mode and exit, it won’t ’save’ the selection!
